The CSSI Latin America Chapter
2012: The Latin America Chapter of CSSI was organized at the CSSI International Workshop held in Porto Alegre, Brazil.
- Antonio De Maio is the CSSI ambassador to Latin America and provides a liaison between the CSSI Executive Committee and the new chapter.
- Dr Maria Bausero (Uruguay) was elected Chairman of the Latin America Chapter.
2014: First meeting of the Latin America Chapter in Montevideo, Uruguay
2016: Second meeting of the Chapter, organized by Alfonso Barreto in Bogota, Columbia in 2016.
